Abstract:In this talk, I will explain a procedure by which we can get a truth-theoretical paradox by 'unwinding’ a (usually Boolean) modal paradox on a definable digraph. Some basic connections between the modal paradoxes and the corresponding truth-theoretical ones are thus established. If time permits, I will also explain an application of this procedure to modal theories.
