WU Su is a Distinguished Research Fellow of School of Philosophy and Social Development, South China Normal University. She holds a B.A. and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Sun Yat-sen University, and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Reading. Her primary research areas include epistemology, philosophy of cognitive science, and experimental philosophy. She is committed to drawing on interdisciplinary empirical research methods to provide new resources and perspectives for the investigation of traditional philosophical issues. She has published a number of papers in Chinese and international academic journals such as Journal of Dialectics of Nature and Philosophical Psychology, with some of her works reprinted in Chinese Social Sciences Digest. She has also a co-translated Animal Minds: An Introduction to the Philosophy of Animal Cognition. Additionally, She has been awarded funding for the 2023 Guangdong Provincial Social Science Youth Project and the 2024 National Social Science Fund Post-funded Project.
